Return Policy
As our collection largely consists of pre-owned (used) luxury items, we apply strict return conditions to guarantee the quality and authenticity of our items. Our items are pre-owned and may show slight signs of wear. These signs of wear are carefully described and documented in the product description beforehand and, if correctly stated, do not constitute a valid reason for return.
1 – Return Period
You have 14 days to return your purchase, counting from the day of receipt of the order.
2 – Conditions for Returns
A return will only be accepted if:
- The item is in the exact same condition as it was received
- The item has not been worn, used, cleaned, or altered after delivery
- All original labels, seals, packaging, and accessories are fully present and intact
- No new damages, signs of wear, or odors (such as perfume, smoke, or detergent) have occurred
- The item is carefully and properly packaged to prevent damage during transport
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the buyer's expense.
4 – Exclusions
Returns are not possible for:
- Items from which labels or seals have been removed or damaged
- Items that have been visibly worn or used after receipt
- Items that have been specially altered or personalized
5 – Refunds and Store Credit
For a valid return, Luxaloo offers:
- Store credit for a future purchase, or
- Refund of the purchase price to the original payment method used.

Returns without prior notification will not be processed.
Return costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and preferably signature upon receipt.
7 – Shipping Conditions
- Returns are entirely at the buyer's expense and risk
- We only accept returns sent with an insured, tracked, and signed shipping service
- We are not liable for loss or damage during return transport
8 – Returns from outside Europe
- Clearly label the package as “Returned Goods”.
- On the customs declaration, select the option “Returned Goods” to avoid import duties or additional costs.
9 – Processing of Returns
Upon receipt of your return, it will generally be processed within 48 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and the refund or store credit has been created.
10 – Final Provision
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to this return policy.
