Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, all items listed in the webshop are available for immediate delivery. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, you will be notified and will receive a refund.
Luxaloo sells both new and pre-owned brand-name clothing. This is always clearly stated in the product description.
Dispatch
All orders are carefully packed and shipped by registered mail with Track & Trace.
Orders are usually shipped the next business day.
Delivery times are indicative:
- Netherlands & Germany: 1–2 business days
- Europe Zone 1: 2–3 working days
- Europe Zone 2: 3–5 working days
- Outside Europe: 6–10 working days
During holidays or vacation periods, delivery may take longer.

- Europe Zone 2: €25
- Outside Europe: €30
Any import and customs charges are always the buyer's responsibility, especially when shipping outside the EU.
Returns
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt, provided the return conditions are met.
Returns are not possible for:
- Worn or used items
- Items with removed or damaged labels/seals
- Personalized or customized items
- Second-hand items with correctly described signs of use
The article must:
- In the exact same condition as when received
- Unused and unwashed
- Complete with original labels, accessories and packaging
- Free from odors (such as perfume or smoke)

Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
Return costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
After receiving and inspecting your return, it will usually be processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email.
Payment
Payment is made exclusively in advance via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
Yes, all prices are final prices and include VAT.

Yes, all pre-owned luxury items are carefully checked for authenticity before being offered.
Yes, minor signs of wear are possible and are always clearly stated in advance in the product description.
The photos are as accurate as possible, but slight differences may occur.
Warranty & Liability

- Second-hand items: no guarantee
Normal signs of use are not covered by the warranty.

- Damage due to improper use or maintenance
- Damage occurring after delivery
